MORE ABOUT ME

Here are five facts you should know.

1. I'm originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota. 

As much as I loved the snowy city, I could only take having two seasons (summer and winter) for so long, so I traded my winter boots for walking shoes and have made Washington, D.C. my home. 

2. I'm an identical twin. 

Having an identical twin has made my life interesting in more ways than one. Though everyone expects me and my sister to be exactly alike, we have completely different personalities, interests, and aspirations. 

3. Sesame Street is my favorite show. 

Growing up, I had a pretty severe speech impediment, but instead of keeping quiet, I was taught to talk as much as possible to practice my speech. My parents often had me watch Sesame Street so I could repeat the phrases and songs said in the show. Thankfully, the show was entertaining enough for me to watch it almost daily, which improved my speech tremendously.

4. I have an unhealthy obsession with the candy Peach Rings. 

Though some may not believe this is an important fact, it truly is considering I am not responsible for my actions when the sweets are in my presence. 

5. I'm job hunting!

This should probably be my first fact, but I wanted to make sure you read through my other facts first! Though I graduate in May of 2020, I am always interested in expanding my experience in the fields of communication and education.
